Spread across sites throughout the North West our expert team are working on various different projects. Due to our large workforce we are capable to manage each project efficiently to ensure targets are met with the main contractors.
SHAROE-BROOK-VIEW
We are pleased to announce that we are working alongside Fellows Homes on there latest housing project Sharoe Brook View in Fulwood Preston. This new development consists of 50 new homes and is linked to the newly formed trails surrounding the area. Our team will be carrying out all the internal plastering and drylinning aswell as rendering on selected plots
MIDDLETON TOWERS, HEYSHAM
On the Edge of the Irish Sea is a stunning new Development by Concorde Homes. Walsh and Evans will be carrying out all internal plastering works aswell as rendering the external using K-rend. The site is split over two different areas, the Sands consists of 8 luxury detatched homes with gardens leading to the beach and render in a roughcast finish. Horizon cosists of 49 three and four bedroom family homes and render in a flat finish.
Horizon Middleton Towers
Woodplumpton, Pear Tree Homes
Walsh and Evans are currently underway with 2 luxurious homes for Pear Tree Homes in the village of Woodplumpton. Our team will be carrying out all of the insulation drylinning and plastering on these substantial plots.
